Yew Tree Lane is a friendly home for young adults.

The house is a six bedroom detached property.  Each bedroom is single occupancy and has an en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor - two are suitable for wheelchair users, one with a tracking hoist.

There is a communal lounge, dining room and kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, guest facilities, staff bedroom and office.

Residents at Yew Tree Lane:

  • have a learning disability
  • may have a visual impairment
  • may have a physical disability
  • have the desire to live independently in a group setting with support 

Each resident at Yew Tree Lane has their own individual programme of support.  This might include:

  • Further education
  • Leisure and sporting activities
  • Social activities
